As most people know, I am going to try to take 20 lbs off by August first. I am going to try to track my progress at http://joshuaferris.traineo.com/. I will let you know how it is going. I am doing small things like:
- Walking home from Spanish class
- Being a little hungry when I finish my evening meal.
- Today I am starting at the gym.
- Cutting meat down to a serving every other day and a monthly vegetarian week.
