Senior Data Specialist for Service Employees International Union
This is a national position with responsibilities in many places in the U.S. and Canada from 1/2013 to the present.

I work as the senior data analyst for the Leaders in Action for Justice team.   My primary responsibilities include the development of local union technologists, creation of reporting a tracking processes, and analysis of collected field data.

Market Data Coordinator for Service Employees International Union, Fight For a Fair Economy
This was in Philadelphia, PA USA from 5/2011 until 12/2012.
I am worked as a senior staff member of the Fight For A Fair Economy campaign. I served as the market data coordinator. I supervised staff and served as a campaign lead that was responsible for campaign policy decisions in addition to my work as a data analyst.

Program Evaluation Assistant for Carnegie Mellon University, Health Care Programs and Initiatives
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA & Guanajuato, Mexico from 6/2010 until 8/2010.
I was a research assistant and program evaluator for a joint wheelchair distribution program between the American Wheelchair Mission and the Mexico based Teletón. The Benter Foundation was the responsible for funding the evaluation program developed by our team of researchers at Carnegie Mellon University.

Qualitative Research Assistant for Carnegie Mellon University, Heinz College
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 10/2009 until 2/2010.
I was the qualitative research assistant for a project conducted by the communications faculty of Heinz College. I was responsible for independently investigating the curriculum policies of various peer institutions. The report of these findings is currently being edited for later publication.

Elementary Teacher of Technology for Colegio Experimental Alberto Einstein
This was in Quito, Ecuador from 12/2007 until 5/2009.
I served as the only English speaking technology teacher at the school. I was responsible for teaching pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. During my time at the school I was instrumental in building a program that would bring the brightest international teachers into the faculty. We refined our curriculum and presented our findings on a continual basis to our supervisors.

Information Technology Coordinator for SEIU District 1199P
This was in primarily in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; and Harrisburg, PA (USA) from 2/2004 until 7/2007.
I developed the organization’s first information technology department. In doing so I created a plan for continual and future development. We implemented a new membership database, trained staff and members, and worked on efficiency plans for future projects. I supervised high cost purchasing. I was called to major campaigns as a senior consultant and troubleshooter to work though difficult problems. I worked in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Washington DC in this capacity.

Research Assistant for The University of Pittsburgh, Department of Dental Public Health.
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 2/2003 until 2/2004.
I performed administrative tasks for multiple senior faculty level researchers in the department.

Opinion and Editorial Columnist for The University of Pittsburgh, Pitt News.
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 8/2003 until 1/2004.
I was responsible for a bi-weekly column at the daily university newspaper as a staff columnist. I worked on hard deadlines with the editing staff to produce the column using critical feedback from my peers and my supervisor.

Database Administrator for the Rendell For Governor Campaign.
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 1/2002 until 11/2002.
I developed and administered the campaign’s volunteer and contact database that eventually helped lead the campaign to victory. I supervised the work of one of the information technology interns during this campaign.

Teaching Assistant for University of Pittsburgh, Computer Learning Center.
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 10/2000 until 2/2003.
I worked in a classroom setting and assisted instructors with many students on various information technologies. This included the full Microsoft Office Suite and many database programs.
